The Role:

Supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in a primary school setting
Working closely with teachers and SENCO to implement tailored learning plans
Encouraging engagement, independence, and confidence in learning
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environmentThe Ideal Candidate:

Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
Has experience working in SEND settings within a primary school
Is compassionate, patient, and proactive in supporting children's individual needs
