• Devising and implementing marketing strategies to meet the business objectives
• Overseeing and managing the marketing team
• Maintaining strong relations with business partners
• Being responsible for consumer communications and PR
• Managing the execution of the marketing strategy, campaigns and brand vision
• Ensuring deadlines are met and providing guidance
• Performing analysis and suitable reporting
• Working in line with relevant calendars and events
• Keeping on top of industry trends
• Further developing the image of brands
• Overseeing the compliance to marketing budgets

Skills:

• Demonstrated experience within a Senior Marketing position
• Degree educated or experience within retail or sporting industries (desirable)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organised and creative, with the ability to delivery marketing strategies
• A strong manager who can work as part of the team
• Proficient in utilising various systems
• Excellent knowledge of events and digital marketing

 In order to be successful as a Senior Marketing Manager you will be a motivated individual with a can-do attitude and supportive nature.
