Level 2 Nursery Practitioner
Salary: Up to £27,000 | Full-Time: 40 Hours Per Week

Are you a caring and enthusiastic childcare professional with a Level 2 qualification in Early Years? Our client, a highly regarded and welcoming nursery, is looking for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join their team. This is your opportunity to work in a nurturing and stimulating environment where children, from 3 months to Pre-School age, flourish through learning and play.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will support the daily activities of your room, working closely with a team of caring professionals to create a joyful and inclusive space for children. The nursery is thoughtfully designed to support every stage of a child's development, focusing on exploration, fun, and building essential skills for life.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: A Level 2 Early Years Qualification (or above) is essential.
• Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for working with young children and supporting their growth and development.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Teamwork: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Activity Planning: Assist in delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
• Care and Nurturing: Provide warm and nurturing care, fostering a sense of security and belonging for every child.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to create a safe, stimulating, and fun learning environment.
• Development Monitoring: Observe and support children's development, maintaining accurate records and tailoring activities to meet their individual needs.
• Family Engagement: Build strong relationships with children and their families, ensuring open and positive communication.
• Policy Compliance: Maintain compliance with nursery policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards.
