We are currently recruiting for a growing, PE backed manufacturing business based in Burnley looking to hire a Management Accountant, the role is offering fast progression to FC and mentorship from a highly valued CIMA trained CFO. The role itself is very varied, some of the duties are below:

• Ownership of the full month end process
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepayments/ accruals
• Revenue recognition
• Monthly salaries
• Development of monthly KPI pack
• Assisting with monthly board pack prep
• Annual budgets and reforecastingDelivery of the Monthly Management Accounts including analysis and insights
• Evolving processes and creating discipline across functions
• Weekly Cashflow Planning and Management
• Compliance reporting inc VAT returns
• WIP reporting
• Management of costs
• Finance business partnering across the business
• Supporting the CFO on additional responsibilities
