New Directions Education is actively seeking motivated Cover Supervisors to support schools across Medway. As a Supply Cover Supervisor, you'll step in to cover both short-term and long-term absences, ensuring students receive high-quality supervision and support during lessons, allowing teachers' plans to be executed smoothly.

Responsibilities as a Supply Cover Supervisor:

Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring that the lesson plan is followed.
Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
Support students with any questions or issues, promoting engagement in their work.
Adapt to different subjects and year groups as needed across various schools.
Build positive relationships with students, staff, and the wider school community.

Job Requirements:

Experience working in a school setting or similar role.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
A flexible and confident approach to managing different classes.
Passion for working with students and supporting their educational journey.
