💰 Daily Rate: £105-£125 p/day (PAYE)
🕙 Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
📆 Full-time, Monday to Friday

Early Years Teaching Assistant - Early Years Practitioner - Nursery Practitioner - Nursery Nurse

SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting on behalf of a fantastic primary school in Islington, looking for a qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team.

The Role:

We are seeking a nurturing and experienced Early Years TA with a CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualification to support and care for children aged 6 months to 4 years within the school's Under 3's Provision.

You will:
✔️ Provide hands-on care and learning support in the baby and toddler room
✔️ Assist with play-based learning, personal care, and early development activities
✔️ Occasionally cover within Reception and KS1 when required
✔️ Work closely with teachers and support staff to create a safe and engaging environment

The Ideal Candidate:

✅ CACHE Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
✅ Experience working with babies and young children (6 months - 4 years)
✅ A warm, patient, and caring nature
✅ Knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood development
✅ Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday in a long-term role
