Our client, one of the most renowned turnkey interior contractors and manufacturers of high-quality joinery in the Middle East are looking to onboard a Divisional Director to expand their presence in Saudi Arabia's office fit-out sector.

The ideal candidate will have proven fit-out industry experience in the UK, a strong background in commercial office projects, leading complex projects and knowledge of the GCC market.

You will drive business development and manage all pre- and post-contract functions to achieve these goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Building the organisational structure, developing business strategies, and creating efficient operational processes.

* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high-quality standards.

* Implementing professional supply chain management practices through a series of phased initiatives.

* Breaking down company strategies into actionable milestones.

* Managing resources and enhancing reporting systems.

* Integrating in-house manufacturing capabilities.

* Lead growth strategies, client negotiations and pricing strategies in the pre-contract stage.

* Enhancing project management capabilities, overseeing project execution and maintaining strong client relationships.
