A dynamic, flexible and medium sized Construction & Property Consultancy is looking to add a client facing Senior Construction Project Manager to enhance their Bristol office.

The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The newly appointed Senior Construction Project Manager will become a part of a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy with over 60 years of success in the industry.

Over the past decade, the company has expanded significantly, growing from approximately 60 to over 180 professionals across six strategic offices nationwide.

A cornerstone of their success is their dedication to organic growth as well as their emphasis on continued professional development and personalised career plans. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a vital role in this growth and development.

Working in a Project Manager and Employers Agent capacity on an exciting array of High End Retail projects - you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional retail spaces, overseeing projects from inception to completion.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team, collaborate with well-regarded clients and ensure the successful delivery of impressive retail environments.

The Senior Construction Project Manager

Will have:

• Should be accredited by RICS, APM, CIOB, or currently working towards
• A Construction Related Degree Qualification
• Previous experience in a Project Manager role with a UK Consultancy
• Contract Administration/Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
• Retail sector experience is highly desirable
