Our client, a leading multichannel distribution company, is seeking a proactive and organised Operations Support Administrator to join their growing team in Crawley.

This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their administrative and operational skills in an office-based environment!

What's on Offer:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Competitive salary of up to £23,000pa (depending on experience).
20 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off (increasing to 25 days after 1 year of service).

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee administrative operations for the Customer Service/Client Services team.
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets with production schedules and order availability.
Regularly liaise with the Customer Service team to provide updates on order timeframes.
Perform IT database cleansing, ensuring client contact information is accurate and up to date.
Manage the delivery of efficient operational processes and IT systems across the business.
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience.
Strong Excel knowledge.
Excellent planning and coordination skills.
Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
