• Oversee all finance and reporting tasks, ensuring timely and accurate HFM submissions.
• Lead, develop, and manage a finance team, ensuring high performance and motivation.
• Provide managerial review of financial reports with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Act as the key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with financial processes, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
• Support strategic and operational finance objectives.
• Manage and strengthen customer relationships, addressing challenges proactively.

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in managing finance, accounting, and reporting functions within a shared service environment.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in change management and continuous process improvement.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and global financial practices.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
