Voice Expertise: Manage Cisco CUCM with satellite sites using SRST, Expressway, Jabber, CUC, and Cisco Meeting Server, ensuring flawless video and voice quality.
Global Support: Assist with the management of all network-attached devices supporting global infrastructure, including power equipment, CCTV, environmental controls, and audio-visual endpoints.

What We're Looking For:

Educational Background: Degree in Computing, Engineering, or an equivalent formal qualification.
Technical Expertise: High competence in Cisco CUCM, SRST, and Catalyst switches, with some experience in creating and maintaining firewall rules.
Experience: 5 to 8 years in voice and networking roles.
Skills: Presentable with excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident in communicating with individuals at all levels, including those for whom English may not be the first language.
