Role: Agile Project Manager - ServiceNow Implementation
Duration: 6 months initial
IR35 Status: Inside
Location: UK, Warwickshire, 1 day a week onsite
We are partnering with a utilities company looking for an Agile Project Manager to join their Digital, Data, and Technology team, where you will lead the delivery the re-implementation of their ServiceNow platform. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ServiceNow platform and module delivery.
- Manage project governance, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define Agile project goals and ensure successful execution.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams.
- Drive Agile change management and continuous improvement.
About You:
- Proven experience in ServiceNow implementations and project management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and SRE principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Experience in project management tools (ADO, ServiceNow PPM, MS Project).
- Relevant certifications (APMP, Agile PM, SAFe Practitioner) are desirable.
