Family Law Solicitor/Legal Executive – Barnsley Area

Peace Legal, a well-established high street firm serving South Yorkshire and beyond, is looking to strengthen its family law team with an experienced legal professional.

The Role:

• Focus on private law children cases, injunctions, divorce and financial settlements
• Predominantly legal aid caseload
• Advocacy experience and familiarity with Legal Aid Agency’s CCMS system and the HMCTS portal are advantageous but not essential
