The Company:
A large property management company, with a track record of success. Due to replace an employee leaving to go travelling, they are looking for an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Day to Day of the role:
- Joining a direct team of 9, providing administrative support and excellent standards of customer service
- Maintain and update the in-house database in line with communications exchanged with tenants or their solicitors
- Read and analyse leases, deeds, and other property title documents,
- Recommend actions based on the review of legal documentation, including leases and titles.
- Reconcile data discrepancies and contribute to streamlining department processes.
- Extract information from various sources, including leases and HM Land Registry
What you will need to succeed:
- Strong administrative experience, dealing with the Land Registry and liaising with leaseholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and handle a high volume of calls.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain professionalism.
- Proficiency in data input with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
