Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, demonstrate strong clinical knowledge, and exhibit excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team- Provide direct patient care, including wound care and assistance with daily activities- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)- Proven experience in medication administration, wound care, and patient assessment- Sound knowledge of human anatomy and physiology- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centred care- Additional certifications such as Advanced Life Support (ALS) or Paediatric Life Support (PLS) are advantageous
