We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of both residential and commercial projects. Main responsibilities

Take off and procurement of materials
Take off and procurement of subcontractor packages
Compare and analysis subcontractor tender returns and issue recommendations to the commercial manager.
Compiling, issuing and agreeing estimates with the design team
Subcontractor enquires and management, inclusive of valuations, payment certificates etc
Compiling, issuing and agreeing monthly client valuations and accounts.
Compiling monthly cost reports to commercial manager
Attending design team meetings
Attending site to capture variations, ensuring CVI are captured and monitor working sequence
Assisting with compilation of extension of time claims Main requirements

HNC in construction or relevant degree level qualification
Have a good understanding of commercial and residential construction
Have minimum 5 years experience as a QS for a main contractor
