Keyman are recruiting on behalf of a leading construction and engineering firm specializing in innovative and sustainable urban development projects. The clients portfolio includes a diverse range of projects from high-rise buildings to complex infrastructure developments. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cut and Carve Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Central London.

Job Description: As a Cut and Carve Civil Engineer, you will play a critical role in the planning, design, and execution of our urban development projects. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of cut and carve operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise will contribute to the successful transformation of existing structures, enabling them to meet modern standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the planning and implementation of cut and carve engineering projects.

* Conduct detailed structural assessments and develop innovative solutions for existing buildings.

* Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

* Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

* Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications.

* Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and construction teams.

* Monitor progress and performance, addressing any issues that arise promptly.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

* Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or working towards it.

* Proven experience in cut and carve engineering projects, particularly in urban environments.

* Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and construction practices.

* Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.

* Proficient in the use of engineering software and tools.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
