SEN Primary KS1 Teacher - Barking, Essex.

SENCare Recruitment is currently seeking a Qualified Primary SEN Teacher for a school in Barking.

To Start: Monday 2nd September 2024

Hours: 8.30am - 4pm (Monday - Friday)

The ideal Primary SEN Teacher must have:

* At least 6 months experience teaching students with mild learning difficulties and autism.

* Must have QTS

* A clear DBS on the update service

* PECs and Makaton experience

* Follow and track all students EHCPs

* Clear understanding of P-Levels

* Experience with children aged 4-19

* A compassionate and fun attitude towards work

Main duties:

* Providing specialist education for vulnerable children

* As Teacher you will work closely with other members of staff (TAs) to ensure all safeguarding procedures are met to ensure the safety of the children is not compromised.

* To liaise with senior leadership team to ensure all sensory expectations are met for each individual child.
