Customer Service Advisors - New Business

Location: Exeter Office (Hybrid option after probation)

Salary: £24,000 with room for growth + annual bonus

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the main point of contact for intermediaries, resolving queries quickly and professionally

* Develop detailed knowledge of company products and processes to ensure excellent service delivery

* Process new applications with accuracy and attention to detail

* Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders

* Take advantage of training and development opportunities to enhance your skills

What We're Looking For:

* Confident communicators with excellent interpersonal skills

* Experienced in customer service and administration

* Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

* IT literate, with experience using MS Office

* Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to develop professionally
