Are you an experienced Home Manager looking for a new challenge in Cramlington? Our client is looking for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead their residential care home in Cramlington.

As a Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for:

Managing the day-to-day operations of the residential care facility
Ensuring compliance with CQC care standards and regulatory requirements
Leading and guiding staff members

Developing and implementing individualised care plans for residents

At least 3 years of experience in care home management
