Customer Support Administrator, Gloucestershire - office based - entry level role - full time, 100% office based.

£22,300 plus bonus - MUST DRIVE DUE TO LOCATION

Global CTS Recruitment are recruiting for an exciting exciting new role for an entry level person based in Mitcheldean . The Customer Support Administrator will support the sales department with gaining and retaining customers and will be responsible for distributing leads to the sales team, data entry as well as cross checking and chasing for information. You don't need experience for this role, but you need the strongest of telephone skills, confident and able to talk to businesses over the phone. Full training provided so you maybe in retail or hospitality and want a role with genuine progression.

Key Responsibilities - once trained

* Support the sales team to deliver business targets

* Respond to all incoming new business enquiries in a professional and timely manner

* Support the smooth onboarding of all new customers

* Assist with the cross-selling of new solutions to existing customers

* Sourcing high quality, high-growth leads for the Sales Team

* General Sales administration support
