Dynamic Technologies Europe Ltd ("DTE") is currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator responsible for the accurate and timely processing of data across multiple systems working collectively as a team to provide a high level of service as an internal stakeholder to our business segments. This role would be suitable for someone who has previous experience in a sales support role and who is looking to expand their experience, potentially in the IT Sector. The Sales Support Team is fairly new within the business and we envisage it to grow rapidly, allowing for a clear direct progression path within the business.

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):


· To ensure all open sales orders are accurate and up to date, liaising with Account Managers where required.


· To Ensure ETA’s in the system and accurate based on supplier reports and online portals.


· Initial RMA queries, Liasing with customer and Logistics Department.


· Assist team to keep Monday.com up to date with required information for project services and wireless teams.


· Help Sales support team chase outstanding PO’s and send quote requests to customers where required.


· Liaise with Logistics or Suppliers on Customer Delivery issues to resolve.


· Assist our Public Sector Team in completing forms as and where required.


· Assist AM’s with any reporting and look to automate through SAP where possible.


· Automated Purchasing and Manual Purchasing for all segments including servicing materials.


· Price and availability Sourcing for Customer Quotes.


· Onboarding and creating new Supplier Accounts / Credit Application forms for customer completion.


· Sourcing Product Alternatives


· Bid/Special Pricing input into SAP


· Managing Item Master Data to ensure its correctness.


· Liaise with Customers for any Ad Hoc Web queries through the webstore ticketing portal.


· Other Ad Hoc Sales Support Duties.

Candidate Preferences:


· Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role


· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal


· Experience using Microsoft Applications such as Outlook and Excel.


· Ability to work in an office based environment promoting teamwork and positivity.
