A lovely 3 form entry school in St Ives are on the search for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who is looking for an opportunity to make a difference. With a dedicated wing to Pre School, the school flourishes with resources allowing you to provide exceptional support to all children in the class. A dedicated team of SLT are always supporting in professional development and offer frequent CPD for you to enhance your skill set.

**Job Responsibilities**

• Collaborate with staff, plan, and engage in professional development.
• Assist with foundational skills and learning.
• Ensure a safe, engaging environment with the lead teacher.
• Provide tailored support for diverse learning needs.
• Track and report student progress.

**Qualifications and Skills**

• Hold Level 3 Qualification within EYFS
• Knowledgeable of EYFS Curriculum
• Passionate about sparking curiosity in young learners
• Demonstrating resilience and flexibility in classrooms
• Proficient in collaborative teamwork
• Skilled in safeguarding procedures
