Our client is a renowned and well-regarded quality house builder, operating nationally and we are working with their Midlands division to onboard an Civil Engineer to augment their Technical team. This person will ideally offer 4/5 years' experience within a house builder business, although perhaps they could also be operating in a Residential led Engineering Consultancy and possess the following skills and experience:

* Assist in site appraisals and address engineering challenges by developing road and sewer designs in collaboration with approving bodies.

* Prepare and coordinate detailed designs for Sections 38 and 104, including external levels and private drainage drawings.

* Manage the Foundation Design Consultant and deliver the civil engineering package.

* Secure approvals and complete agreements for Sections 38 and 104, as well as foundation designs.

* Address engineering-related planning conditions and building issues.

* Organize utility designs and diversions, arrange maintenance inspections, and manage bond releases for Sections 38 and 104.

* Lead design team meetings and coordinate site works
