Corr Recruitment LTD is an independently owned leading Recruitment Agency established in 2001. We specialise in industrial, transport, hospitality and commercial sectors.

We are looking for a self starter who can take ownership of building a desk. Previous sales / Recruitment experience is needed for this busy challenging role.
Business development is key to what we do. Building relationships with our clients is our passion. You will need to be able to meet with clients face to face so a driving license is desirable.

Job Role

Effectively utilise all Corr Recruitment contacts, relationships and information to develop the business further.
Source high caliber candidates to meet and exceed client expectations
Target driven environment
Develop and manage a consistent revenue stream
You will be on call for your clients and candidates out of office hours
Ensure compliance with company processes and industry legal requirements
Demonstrable experience as a Recruitment Consultant. Account management Experience
Own transport is essential
Excellent communication skills

Basic Salary between £25.6K and £28K per annum depending on level of experience and uncapped commission structure
