Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Responsibilities:

* Proactively identify and engage with new clients, building lasting relationships and expanding the agency's portfolio.

* Manage client and candidate expectations and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.

* Handle all aspects of the recruitment process from initial client meetings to negotiating offers and closing deals.

* Achieve set targets for placements, revenue, and client development while maintaining high standards of service.

Skills & Experience:

* A strong sales background or experience in recruitment is preferred but not essential.

* Clear, confident, and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Strong ability to build rapport with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

* Self-motivated, with a passion for achieving goals and exceeding expectations.

* Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
