Field Engineer - Hardware/MFD Location: South West LondonSalary: £32,000 - £35,000Benefits: Company Car + Mileage Allowance

Are you a skilled Field Engineer with a passion for hardware and multifunctional devices (MFDs)? Join a dynamic team in South West London that specialise in the technology area. You’ll work hands-on to support, maintain, and troubleshoot MFDs and other hardware for some of the biggest named UK clients.

Training is provided but must have some experience as a field engineer in IT.

• Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on a range of MFDs and other hardware
• Provide on-site technical support and diagnostics for clients
• Ensure timely response and high-quality service for clients
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with company protocols
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer satisfaction

• Proven experience as a Field Engineer, with a focus on MFDs and hardware
• Full UK driving license (required)
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

• Location: Can be based anywhere around the West London area: Wembley, Ealing, Notting Hill, West Drayton, Southall. Occasionally, once a mont, you will travel to our office in Croydon.
