Responsibilities:

* Reporting to the Senior Field Technician, you will provide field support to the Water Asset team

* Act as the primary point of contact for developers, customers, and contractors, and engage with site stakeholders during planned and unplanned incidents.

* Maintain the quality and integrity of the network through a structured audit strategy.

* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation surrounding activity when on customer site through diagnostics or observation.

* Ensure that all assets meet technical and regulatory standards.

* Undertake Regulatory Drinking Water Quality samples in accordance with DWTS UKAS 17025 standard.

* Perform any other duties as required by the manager.

Qualifications:

* National water hygiene

* Confined spaces

* SHEA Water

* CSCS

* Water sampling

* Water industry knowledge

* Customer service experience
