I'm excited to be recruiting for an MEP Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a leading multi-discipline Principal Contractor, known for delivering innovative solutions in critical systems and Data Centre projects. This company is expanding its team due to securing a new contract in Gloucestershire, and we're looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join this exciting journey!

As an MEP Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a crucial role in managing the cost and commercial aspects of a high-profile project, from pre-construction through to handover. This is a unique chance to work on a 52-week data centre programme, contributing to a critical infrastructure project with a company that truly values its people.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee cost management, contracts, and financial reporting for MEP packages
• Manage subcontractor relationships and negotiate contracts
• Conduct risk assessments, value engineering, and change management
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure budget and timeline compliance
• Provide accurate forecasting and financial controls
• Support project delivery with a focus on quality and cost efficiency

What's On Offer
• Competitive Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 (negotiable for exceptional candidates)
