- Provide outstanding customer service -Look into customer orders and advise stock availability

-Booking deliveries and providing customer services support

- Using CRM system (training provided)

-Maintain customer records and make any changes or adjustments

- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure issues are resolved
