Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

A field-based territory sales role tracking social housing projects for a range of external doors and windows. With the focus on tracking high-rise refurbishment projects, and securing business from local authorities, housing associations and tier 1 contractors in the social housing sector.

Package: Circa £45k basic with +15% bonus scheme, 24 days holiday, hybrid car or car allowance, 6% company pension, and access to an employee benefits app which includes subsidised gym membershipTerritory: West Midlands, North West & Yorkshire - with the focus on Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester, Bradford and LeedsSelling: External doors and windows, including fire doors Customers: Local authorities, housing associations and Tier 1 contractors

THE ROLE - Regional Sales Manager:

  • Promoting a leading range of front doors and windows into the social housing sector
  • With the focus on tracking high-rise refurbishment projects for their fire rated front doors
  • Influencing and securing business from local authorities, housing associations, social housing providers and Tier 1 contractors in the social housing sector
  • You will inherit an account base and project bank to track and win business from, as well as equally being expected to prospect and win new business
  • My client offers a supply and fit service, and you will work alongside the project managers that oversee the installations, who are a good source of information for future business

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT - Regional Sales Manager:

  • You will already have experience of selling into the social housing sector
  • Applicants with a doors background would be readily received, but this is not essential and my client will equally recruit from other building product backgrounds
  • You will be proactive and target driven, with excellent communication skills
  • An organised and structured self-starter, that enjoys being on the road in-front of your customers
