About the Role:

Currently seeking a full-time Field Service Engineer to join the team, supporting clients across Central Scotland and nearby areas. In this field-based position, with occasional overnight stays. Visiting customer sites, providing top-tier service to validate, re-qualify, and calibrate laboratory equipment across universities, hospitals, and other lab environments. You will also collaborate with fellow engineers on key projects and maintain consistent communication with the service team.

Whats on Offer:

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Full training provided, with opportunities for further career growth.
Door to Door pay.
Mobile / Field position with company vehilce and phone.Key Responsibilities:

Perform validation, calibration, and re-qualification of laboratory equipment in diverse environments.
Coordinate your schedule efficiently while maintaining strong communication with the team.
Deliver high-quality service reports and manage expense submissions promptly.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and build loyalty.
Support fellow Field Engineers on various projects, fostering collaboration.The Ideal Candidate:

Relevant technical qualifications or equivalent experience in instrument calibration or validation.
Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing your workload.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and committed to delivering outstanding results.
A full UK driving license is essential.
