About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee 2-3 void properties for a leading social housing contractor in the Liverpool and Manchester areas. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a proven track record in void property management, looking to make a real impact in the social housing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the refurbishment and turnaround of void properties, ensuring they are ready for occupancy.

* Manage and coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
