JOB INFORMATION - Site Based Engineer / Electrician

The position is a site based role where the successful candidate will be undertaking maintenance works such as electrical PPM's including lighting, emergency lighting testing/remedials and any other electrical maintenance and remedials on site. There may be a small element of HVAC maintenance alongside an a/c engineer for annual servicing

The ideal candidate will have experience of working on mechanical/electrical services and maintenance/facilities contracts previously with a good knowledge of electrical systems
Experience and knowledge of PPM's and site compliance
Our client is looking for someone who seeks a long term opportunity, additional training would be offered to the right person.
Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role previously and on contracts of a similar nature. This site is high end residential so requires someone with a professional approach, smart & well presented with excellent time keeping.
