Tradewind is currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and inclusive primary school teacher who is dedicated to providing high-quality education for all pupils. This full-time position will start after the October Half Term 2024.

Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and committed Primary School Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging lesson plans, delivering top-quality instruction, and creating a positive and nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum
Prepare, administer, and grade tests and assignments to monitor student progress
Maintain classroom discipline to ensure a safe and effective learning space
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student growth
Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school activities
Use a variety of teaching strategies to engage students and inspire a love of learning
Keep accurate and up-to-date student records in accordance with school policies
Provide timely feedback to students and parents on academic progress and behaviourQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
Teaching certification for the appropriate grade level
Proven experience as a primary school teacher or in a similar role
Strong understanding of child development and primary education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong organisational and classroom management skills
