Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven PAYE Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with clients. You will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our client base, and promoting our PAYE and payroll services to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
* Present PAS Capital's PAYE solutions to potential clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our services.
* Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor our offerings accordingly.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide reports on sales performance metrics.
* Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the PAYE or payroll services sector.
* Strong understanding of PAYE structures and payroll management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.
