What We're Looking For: - Experience & Enthusiasm: Previous experience working with SEN students and a genuine passion for education.
- Qualifications: Relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
- Adaptability: Ability to tailor your approach to meet the diverse needs of our students.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- DBS on the update service or willing to get one
Responsibilities: - Individual & Group Support: Assist in the planning and delivery of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
- Classroom Management: Support teachers in managing classroom behavior and promoting a positive learning environment.
- Resource Preparation: Help prepare learning materials and resources tailored to student needs.
- Student Progress: Monitor and report on student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
