About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic primary school in Liverpool. This role involves supporting the teaching and learning of Key Stage 2 students, helping to create an engaging and effective educational environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about education and eager to make a positive impact on young learners.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the class teacher with delivering engaging lessons and activities.
  • Provide support for individual students or small groups to enhance their learning.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Support the preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Encourage and support students in developing their social and academic skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
  • A patient, empathetic, and supportive approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff members.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare.
