A well established, legal 500 law firm based in South East London are looking for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join their office in Sevenoaks.Job Description: My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Private Client Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join their dynamic team in Sevenoaks. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, providing comprehensive legal advice and support on matters including wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, and tax.Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, and tax.
• Manage and develop client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
• Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Represent clients in negotiations and, where necessary, in court.
• Stay updated on relevant legislation and legal developments.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to provide integrated advice.
• Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and client events.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in private client law.
• Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, and tax.
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to client care and service delivery.
• STEP qualification or willingness to work towards it is an advantage.
