Be the go-to person for all internal IT and tech-related issues
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network faults
Work closely with an external IT partner for more complex problems
Manage IT inventory and maintain all systems and equipment across teams
Support GDPR compliance and assist with Cyber Essentials accreditations
Contribute to system/process improvements and identify new tech solutions
Liaise with suppliers and support automation/CRM projects
Maintain a safe and tidy comms room and support the Collect systemWho You Are:

Experienced in IT support, with strong knowledge of hardware/software setups
A confident communicator—clear, tactful, and people-friendly
Organised and able to multitask across systems and responsibilities
Proactive, commercially aware, and always on the lookout for improvements
