Are you a qualified accountant with significant PQE and a strong track record of improving controls and processes? Do you have experience managing overseeing a financial reporting team within a large business?

If so, Radley Green are recruiting for a Group Financial Controller to join the team of a multinational business, based in their head office in London's West End.

The role will be for an initial period of 12 months, and will pay up to 140k.

This role is based in the office 5 days a week.

Role Responsibilities will include:

• Managing and develop a large Financial Reporting and Accounting team of 15 people
• Working with Finance Director and CFO to develop and manage all financial controls and processes.
• Ensure the development of General Ledger processes
• Play a role in all systems developments and process improvements.
• Involvement in year end processes
• Work on a multitude of financial projects during the overall financial transformation
• Play a key role in year end Audit, Year end processes and multiple finance projects
• Manage the implementation of a new ERP system

Role Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with significant PQE in leadership positions
• Excellent technical accounting knowledge and experience setting up best in class controls and processes
• Experience managing a team of 10+
• Experience of working in a business going through change and implementation
