The client, a family-run friendly Architecture and Planning consultancy, is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Planner to join the team based in Tunbridge Wells! The Client undertakes a diverse range of projects, focusing primarily on residential developments, while also working on new homes, extensions, refurbishments, listed buildings, and commercial projects.

The Position as a Senior Town Planner

The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, as the role involves close collaboration with the design team, clients, and external organizations or consultants. You will provide expert advice on all aspects of planning, including compliance with local and national policies, practical construction techniques, and considerations of economic and environmental impacts.

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner

• RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant.
• Previous relevant consultancy experience.
• MRTPI qualified.
• UK driving licence.
