Care Trainer Opportunity

Salary: £13.15 per hour
Hours: 24 hours per week (3 days per week)
Location: Covering 5 care homes across Worcestershire and Herefordshire

Key Responsibilities

* Support staff development and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.

What We're Looking For

* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (essential).

* Proven experience in delivering training in a care environment.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Flexibility to travel between homes within Worcestershire and Herefordshire.
