You’ll lead a talented team of accountants, delivering high-quality services and proactive business advice. You’ll also take a hands-on role in business development, helping to grow the firm’s presence in the local market.

Role Responsibilities - Managing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring timely delivery of a wide range of accounting services
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted business advisor
- Leading, coaching and mentoring your team to ensure excellent client service and career development
- Supporting firmwide strategic goals, including developing services and promoting cross-office collaboration
- Playing a key role in business development and networking within the Exeter business community
- Contributing to recruitment, resource planning and team performance management

Candidate Requirements - ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of owner-managed or SME clients in a practice setting
- Strong people management skills with a track record of mentoring and developing teams
- Commercial mindset and ability to spot business opportunities
- Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport at all levels
- Energetic, ambitious and enthusiastic about making an impact in the local market
