Accounts Assistant

Overview:
As an experienced accounts assistant you will be working for a company that are global leaders in their field, you will play a pivotal role in a busy accounts department. You will receive on the job training and an array of fantastic benefits such as:

Duties:
- Managing the accounts inbox,
- All duties relating to invoices from distribution, chasing outstanding, reconciling and processing.
- Ensuring that statements are reconciled against the PL
- Be the first point of contact for all account related enquiries
- Scanning invoices and input on to system
- Assist with implementation of processes and procedures.
- Ensure that all compliance procedures
Skills
- Hands on accounts experience is essential (at least 1 year)
- Confident user of excel
- AAT or ACCA qualified or working towards an accounts qualification
- Excellent attention to detail
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is looking to gain exposure to a busy accounts department, the role is fully office based Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, due to the location you will need your own transport to get there.
