We are recruiting for a growing company based in Stoke-on-Trent, looking for a creative Social Media Executive to join their team.

The company is seeking someone who can manage and grow their social media channels, while also supporting their wider digital marketing strategy. As Social Media Executive, you will create compelling content, monitor social platforms, and contribute to the success of email marketing, SEO, PPC, and blog strategies.

Key Responsibilities as Social Media Executive:

* Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

* Content Creation: Write and create engaging content for social media, blog articles, email marketing, and website updates.

* Multi-channel Support: Manage content across a variety of digital marketing channels, including affiliates, blogs, SEO, social media, PR, PPC, and email marketing.

* Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and enquiries in a timely, professional manner.

* Campaign Reporting & Analysis: Analyse social media and digital campaign performance, generating reports and providing recommendations for optimisation.

* Paid Social Campaigns: Support the creation and management of paid social campaigns, optimising for ROI and budget spend.

* SEO & PPC: Assist with search engine optimisation (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to improve website traffic and search rankings.

* Email Marketing: Assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns, including content writing and performance tracking.

Key Skills Required:

* Social Media Expertise: Hands-on experience managing and growing social media accounts for brands or businesses.

* Content Writing: Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on creating engaging, SEO-friendly content for social media, blogs, and websites.

* Digital Marketing Knowledge: Experience supporting digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and affiliates.

* Analytical Skills: Experience with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar, and the ability to create data-driven reports.

* Creative & Proactive: A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing and social media trends.
