This Cambridge based college is seeking a friendly and approachable Help Desk Administrator to join their supportive IT team . Your primary role will be to provide outstanding administrative support to their helpdesk service, assisting students and staff with IT-related queries

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a welcoming and efficient helpdesk service, ensuring quick responses to IT issues raised by students and staff.
Manage user accounts and assist with system access queries.
Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot problems on Microsoft Office and Windows systems.
Collaborate with a small and close-knit IT team to support the daily IT needs of the school.

Essential Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows systems.
Experience with account management tasks, such as setting up user accounts and managing permissions.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an FE (Further Education) or IT environmentThe role is full time based on-site

Salary is £22,169 - £22,724 FTE

The job is subject to completing an enhanced DBS Check
