Our client, a fast-growing, young and dynamic, Real Estate Financing business in North West London is looking to hire a Trainee Underwriter to join their rapidly growing team. Applicants should have experience within the Property or Real Estate sectors and be educated to at least A Level standard. The company will provide full training, with a clear path to career progression. An excellent holiday package is also included. Duties include:* Working with the wider team to assess the eligibility of potential client's loan request* Assessing possible risks, ensuring loans are completed* Handling post loan matters* Keeping abreast of UK real estate market and current trends Skills and experience required:* Real Estate experience essential * Educated to A Level as a minimum* Microsoft Office proficient * Strong numerical skillsIf you have relevant Property or Real Estate experience and are educated to at least A Level standard, we would love to hear from you today!
