Cert Solutions is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Class Teacher to join a special school in Stechford. We are looking for candidates who excel in delivering high-quality education, demonstrate a strong understanding of special educational needs, and are committed to creating a positive and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Exhibit a strong understanding of SEND and create an effective learning environment for children with ASC, PMLD, and SLD.

* Demonstrate excellent subject and curriculum knowledge

* Utilize agreed teaching methods to engage pupils, stimulate curiosity, and promote effective questioning and use of resources

* Lead by example, upholding high standards of presentation, personal conduct, and engagement with appraisal processes

* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse strengths and needs of pupils

Must haves:

* QTS or equivalent

* Experience working with SEN children

* A DBS on the update service (if not, one can be applied for)

* Full time availability
