Key Responsibilities:

* Schedule & Monitor: Oversee and manage mobile engineers' schedules, ensuring they have full, productive diaries.

* Job Assignment: Allocate service requests from customers, engineers, Job Logic PPM, and statutory requirements.

* High Priority Jobs: Take ownership and triage high-priority tasks with guidance from Operations and Technical teams.

* Daily Review: Regularly review schedules to meet PPM demands efficiently.

* Communication: Liaise with contracts teams and adjust schedules based on service request fluctuations.

* Escalation & Compliance: Address non-compliance issues with engineers and support monthly performance reviews.

* Service Accuracy: Maintain accurate information in Job Logic and customer portals.

What You'll Bring:

Essential Skills & Experience:

* Prior experience scheduling for a team of mobile, distributed engineers

* Proficiency with a Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

* Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office

* Ability to answer phone calls from clients and engineers, planning scheduled maintenance and handling reactive calls
